Integrated Joint Plans 2011 - 2014
The draft version of Monmouthshire's Integrated Children & Young People's plan, the Health, Social Care & Well Being strategy and the Community Safety Plan is now available.
Copies are available to download, please click on the link
All three plans run from April 2011 to 2014, and they set out how organisations will work together to improve the lives of those who live and work in Monmouthshire.
